TravelHealthcare is a user-managed community, so each user has a voice to flag misleading or fake job postings. Many agencies are learning to post only real jobs, but there are still quite a few agencies that simply will post a job in any city and state, simply to get you into their candidate database – this practice is what we are working to eliminate. We don’t work with everyone
If an Agency violates the Terms of Service with TravelHealthcare, they will be removed from the site. We know that our Members want quality, so we work hard to bring some of the best firms in the country to the site. We are always happy to take recommendations if one of our Members directs us towards a company that they enjoy, so feel free to refer your favorite agency.

TravelHealthcare.com employs a team of Candidate Service Representitives (CSRs) who are here to help you. Call us anytime to be connected with a CSR who can answer any questions you might have regarding a particular Posting, trends in the Traveling Healthcare Profession industry, etc. Our CSRs are not recruiters, nor do they work for a recruiting form. This unique circumstatnce results in an excellent source of un-biased information our current memebers use to their advantage everyday.

Our constant contact with tens of thousands of members places us in a unique position to know what is about to happen nationwide. We know who is working where; when they will be done; are they extending; what agency is currently staffing that job; and the historical pay packages for those jobs. Our highly trained and respected Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are employed to support you, so take advantage of their knowledge and let them guide you in this complex marketplace.

Keeping it Simple
Setting up your profile is easy, and this is what drives TravelHealthcare’s entire process. Once you establish your preferences, your assigned CSR will keep you in the loop regarding demand for your services. We even make managing your profile easy with cookies that remember you – we know how hard it is to remember all those passwords. Or, unlike any other job site, you can call your CSR and they will make sure that you are hearing about everything specific to your preferences – they do not filter anything, but they are there to listen and share their knowledge. The more up to date you keep your profile, the more they can help you.

Shared Knowledge/Pay Negotiation
We are here to help you negotiate pay packages. We talk to everyone, and they tell us about their contracts. So we share (anonymously of course). This tool is invaluable because it levels the playing field for our members and helps them to see which parts of the country are able to compensate them the best.
