For my inaugural entry into our new blog, I would like to touch on a number of regular topics that have been brought to my attention since we began TravelHealthcare.com in 2006. First and foremost is what it is that we do? We are a website where agencies, or any facility seeking a traveling healthcare professional can post their need. We are extremely affordable compared to every website out there, and we have become very thorough in keeping the jobs that are posted on our website fresh and relevant. We are not an agency ourselves, so we cannot place you in a job…that is what the agencies are for.
Besides all that, we are an advocacy website for travelers or anyone that is considering traveling. We talk (yes we have live people on the phones) to tens of thousands of travelers every year and our discussions touch on many points that I am sure would offer excellent advice to others who travel. This is what I intend to include in my blog. I will choose answers to member questions and get the info out there for everyone to utilize.
